So since investments became a trend I also joined party. I promised to post before but only now got my account and some amount of money. What I am doing is selling options. It is always cool to tell about winning trades and making money but I think it is actually fair to show the losing trades and that it is not that easy as it is. I for example made a stupid trade on Ford. Because I didn't diversify I am stuck with 400 share of this company and shareprice is going down right now. I also lost an opportunity to sell option today for a good price so at the end of the day only sold two weeks call for $26. Will see what tomorrow brings me. Btw I had to buy those shares for $12.50 on Friday I sold for puts for.

I lost 9000 trading during covid
t. Idiot
Managed to recoup some of that by holding since late last year though

I made like 30 euro on 100 stock account during trading last autumn. It was funny. In this case it was unexpected event and me not diversifying. But I tried to choose solid company.

I have a number of OTC stonks which prevents me from trading options (and that's a good thing)
I'm waiting for BASF to pull back before unleashing a big buy
also I bought Siemens at the absolute bottom, sold at ~55 and reinvested it in Bayer which has done nothing... While Siemens has almost doubled since I sold. Feels bad

>So since investments became a trend
It feels like they are unloading all the shit they have on gullible retards so its time to get out

>BAYER
fellow shareholder, I put like 2k on it for two years and indeed nothing happened

I want to kill myself for missing out on all of the buttcoin trains.

It is stupid. There is always opportunity and it might be good that you didn't participate. To me bitcoin is still scamy. Also you never know what happens in future. It is always easy to look in retrospect and see that what would happen if you invested in one or another thing. But you didn't know that at that time.

I knew but I was too lazy like the kraut above.

>>113006
Do you also feel the same for losing the monster energy train?n

I'm just passively owning and buying index ETF:s, quite boring. Following the ACWI. It's actually so boring and easy that I just had to use a small sum and do a stock pick this month that I'll hold, just for the sake of excitement and gambling.

Sold some contract today made circa $100. The problem is one is expiring this week and other 3 in next week. So I will be just waiting now.

I would like to get into finance stuff but I probably should focus on earning money first.

Gotta have money to make money.

Start saving 20% of your income each month and buy cheap index funds each month

Damn, stock goes down and I exited at kind of wrong time and earned 12 dollars instead of 14. Hopefully will have a reversal next week but no good news so far. I want to sell call option next week if price gets right. Because of the price decline I am still a little bit above zero but at least I am kind of avoiding losses.

We're still at the start of it all. Look at a chart for the stock market over the last two hundred years. Sure you've not made a crazy profit but this shit is only going to go up.

I heard it is an excellent time to invest since this time its different. Is 5x leverage enough? Should I throw all my student loan on it? I am thinking Tesla, Crypto and Zoom of course. After all who cares about the rest.

Use leverage only during crashes.
